Exercise your hands, fingers, wrists, forearms anywhere!

Power Grip

Squeeze the grip with your fingers and thumb in the palm. Hold and relax. Repeat.

Pinch

Place the grip between your thumb and fingers. Squeeze together. Hold and relax. Repeat.

Full Throttle

Hold your grip in front of you with both palms facing down. Twist the grip in alternate opposite directions as far as you can. Repeat.

Fisherman

Hold your grip vertically in front of you with your palms facing each other. Twist the grip in alternate opposite directions as far as you can. Repeat.

Pull

Hold your grip with two hands gripping on the opposite sides. Pull the grip in opposite directions as far as you can. Hold and relax. Repeat.

Usage Instructions

● Wash the grip with hand soap and gently wipe with a dry cloth before use.

● Take off rings and any other accessories on your hand to avoid breaking the grip.

● Be cautious of slippage when the grip is wet by sweat during use.

● Children UNDER 12 should be supervised by an adult while using the product.

● Do appropriate exercise depending on your condition. Be cautious that you may get injured if you exercise too much or don’t exercise with proper form.

● Store away from heat, humidity and sunlight.

● Keep away from fire and sharp things.
